Terms of admission
Your ticket
Each valid ticket is a revocable license to attend one specified performance of Nightmare Alive! at Colony Theatre. Admission is general seating. A ticket is valid for one entry and may not be duplicated. Keep your ticket link private. The first valid scan admits the guest.
At the theatre
Doors open 30 minutes before curtain. Latecomers are seated at the house manager’s discretion. Please follow venue and staff instructions. We may refuse entry or remove guests whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates venue rules.
Recording and photography
Audience recording of the performance is not permitted. Photography and filming by the production may occur at the event; by attending, you consent to appearing in that event coverage and promotional material.
Content
The show includes strobe lighting, theatrical haze, and loud audio. All ages are welcome. Guests and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the experience is suitable.
How you receive your tickets
Tickets are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed and normally within one minute. Nothing is shipped and nothing needs to be collected in person. Each ticket carries a QR code that is scanned once on arrival; show it on a phone or bring a printout. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check spam and then use find my tickets to have the links sent again, or email nightmarealiveco@gmail.com.

Nightmare Alive! is produced by Elektro Botz, Los Angeles, California, United States. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Your final order total appears before payment.
