Privacy notice
What we collect
We collect the buyer’s name and email address, ticket-holder details, purchase records, ticket status, and the information you choose to provide when contacting us or joining the update list. We use this information to process orders, deliver tickets, manage admission, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain purchase records.
Contact and partnership inquiries
When you submit a contact or sponsor form, we store the details you enter, which may include your name, email, phone number, organization, website, partnership preferences, timing, budget range, and message. We use these details only to route, respond to, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not collect your IP address through the inquiry form.
Payments and service providers
Card information is sent directly to Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details on our servers. Convex stores order, ticket, signup, and inquiry data, Resend delivers transactional and subscribed emails, and Vercel hosts the website. These providers process information to deliver the service.
Show updates and checkout reminders
Joining the update list is optional. The list is used to announce this show and future Nightmare Alive productions. To unsubscribe, use the link in an update email or email nightmarealiveco@gmail.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject. Purchase and ticket emails remain necessary to service your order. If you choose the checkout reminder option, we send one reminder after an unfinished payment hold expires. You can leave the option unchecked and still buy tickets.
Storage and access
We retain information as needed to fulfill your booking, resolve support and partnership requests, and maintain required transaction records. Inquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so the team can understand prior correspondence. Your ticket link grants access to your order, so keep it private. Checkout may use browser session storage to let you return to your purchase confirmation.
Your choices
You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some purchase records may need to be retained for transaction and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
